Driving Implementation Success
How you implement new technologies is as important as the technology itself. Sigga recognizes time to value is critical and has developed technologies and services so you can take advantage of agile methodologies that drive quick execution and greater user adoption.

Agile Software Development Methodologies
Historically software development or customizations required professional developers and months of time to produce for software to be ready to test with users. Agile methods were developed to actively involve users upfront in the process. And with a no-code platform, now future software users can actively participate in adapting how the software works.
In addition, the software implementation is broken down into smaller projects, or sprints, where the team defines requirements, implements them into the software, rolls out to users, and quickly modifies the app based on user feedback.
Faster to market
Lower cost
Better user adoption
Reduced IT resources
Modify the App in Days Instead of Months
The benefits are real. Here’s an example of a complex change required for a Sigga client.
This client has very complex equipment that requires over 100 operations to be inspected and confirmed individually in SAP to meet compliance requirements. The process to open up each inspection order in SAP and placing a time stamp on each operation took longer than actually performing the inspection.
Our mobile maintenance app was modified to allow the technician to select multiple operations and perform a mass update to SAP for every inspection operation that was o.k. Then, while they were in front of the piece of equipment, they could individually update the operations with issues which would automatically open a notification.
This app modification took the client 5 days using the Sigga Empower no-code platform. In the past, this change would have required two months of time at a significant cost using a professional developer.
