About The Position

Sigga is looking for “Sales Hunters”. In this position, success is defined by the ability to secure new clients or logos. Professionals are expected to build and nurture relationships with existing clients as they relate to other business opportunities and solutions.

 

The Account Executive needs to be able to handle the entire sales cycle from working with their Business Development Representative (BDR), to qualifying and closing deals. In this role, the AE will be responsible for selling products and services to both new and existing customers in order to achieve and/or exceed annual revenue goals.

Essential Functions

  • Work with the BDR as well as your own efforts to identify prospects and develop sales strategies to convert leads to qualified deals. This may include sales calls, competitive analysis, networking, demonstrations, etc.
  • Develop strategic solution-oriented sales plans to increase pipeline and business within new or key accounts. Work with pre-sales and operations personnel to present the best strategy for the prospective client.
  • Create Roadmap to Close Plans for opportunities and execute them accordingly. 
  • Able to perform quick/short demonstration of the products to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the delivery team or project teams to ensure that solutions are in line with the client’s needs; the sales process should “end” with a success case.

 

Desired Experience/Education

Bachelor’s degree and experience with Software and IT companies, as well as
experience with or exposure to other international clients.
  • Proven ability to establish and develop relationships quickly within all levels of management in new and existing accounts.
  • Proven success in creating, selling, and managing a large pipeline of prospects.
  • Knowledge of SAP market, and sales experience to SAP customers is a Plus.
  • Sales background with experience in consultative and solution-oriented sales approaches preferred.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have at least 5 - 8 years of experience in this area.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, conduct cold calls, make sales presentations, develop service and pricing proposals and close clients.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
