Daily tasks

  • Preparing vacancies
  • Calendar management
  • Manage office equipment
  • Follow up / handle incoming and outgoing email traffic
  • Administrative support for various departments
  • Sales support
  • Organizing trips for the sales and marketing team
  • General support to HR

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree or years of experience in office support.
  • MS office holds no secrets for you
  • You are accurate and efficient
  • Hands on mentality
