Leandro began his studies of Computer Networks in 2003 at UNA University Centre in Belo Horizonte, Brazil while working at PETRONAS Lubricants International as supervisor of operations. He was accountable for database administration, network administration and physical and logical security systems.
After nearly four years in this role Leandro joined JBC Informatica, a leading Brazilian software developer.
He spent just over seven years there as a professional services analyst - optimizing strategic processes, managing the purchase of equipment and software, systems implementation analysis and managing the company’s service desk train the trainers.
In early 2010 Leandro was promoted to business analyst which expanded his supporting responsibilities to all organizational dynamics of the company. He first came to work for Sigga Workforce Technologies in 2011, assuming the title of senior support analyst.
Leandro's duties included company and client product support, SAP environment configuration and customer relationship management. He was promoted in late 2013 to support manager, which grew Leandro's experience in quality control, product launch management and customer relations.
He moved to his current role as director of professional services in August 2016 and has now been with Sigga for a total of seven years.
Outside of work, Leandro's biggest passion is running; he has completed three half marathons so far and won over 50 medals from various races and events. He also loves watching TV shows and movies with his wife and keeping up with his favorite soccer team.
